Have you heard of the Center for Hope and Safety? They’re a local nonprofit organization that helps victims of domestic violence. Ridgewood Moving Services (Ridgewood Moving) has always been a long time supporter of this agency because we believe what it stands for. We promote any events it may be holding on the blog to show our support!
If you love the movies, then you’ll really enjoy the latest Center for Hope and Safety event! iPic theaters is opening its newest movie theatre complete with premium, reclining seats with artisanal cocktails and gourmet finger foods brought right to you! It opens on August 5 and will be the first of its kind in New Jersey. iPic theaters has kindly let local charities sponsor the first week by allowing all ticket sales go to these organizations as donations! One of the agencies sponsoring this event is the Center for Hope and Safety, which you can read about below in an excerpt from their website:
Monday, August 8th is our agency’s charity day. The proceeds from the admissions to any of the movies that day (not food purchases) are being donated to our agency. Movie membership is available and is free. With your membership you will get a free Premium movie ticket in your account on 8/10 as well as other benefits.
