Professional, courteous, friendly - only a few words to describe the staff at Ridgewood Movers. I would recommend them to anyone. Starting with Deidre Tonelli, I must applaud your staff on its professionalism and dedication to service. The team who packed our belongings worked so quickly and thoroughly - wish I could recall all their names, but Joe was the leader. The crew who loaded the two vans - Rodney, Jimmy, Geraldo, Issac and Ivan - worked very hard and cheerfully despite the nasty weather and a hydraulic problem with the tailgate. Both Deidre and Steve visited us on the day the vans were being loaded despite the nasty rainy/icy weather to make sure all was going well. The move in went so smoothly and quickly I couldn't believe it was finished. It felt like we were being moved by friends.

Our move was scheduled for the day the hurricane hit! I couldnt have been more impressed by how our move was handled. Steve in Operations kept in contact with me daily to provide updated information on how we would proceed and worked diligently to get a team together just days after all the destruction to complete our move. The crew worked hard and efficiently even when it got dark out and they had to unload the truck into our home that was powerless. My husband was against using a moving company at first, but after using Ridgewood Moving he agreed it was the best choice!
